Join me for this safe active ageing fitness class. We will warm up with some yoga, do some low impact cardio, light weights/bands and work on our strength, core stability and flexibility. Class ends with a relaxing Savasana. Bring some water, a towel and be prepared to sweat! Thursdays at 6:00pm
