This class combines the 5 elements of traditional Chinese Medicine, with Qigong and Yoga poses that can help address common health concerns and support healthy ageing! In this class you will learn about the seasons and how movement and breath according to Chinese Medicine and Yoga can help you feel like your balanced, best self. Qi-Yoga is taught by Noël.
