Service Description
This practice is a well-balanced blend of mobility, flexibility, and strength! We'll be skipping the Sun Salutations (there's no flow in this one) as we work to stabilize, stretch, and strengthen. Each class maintains a particular focus (an area of the body and/or technique) that is emphasized throughout that session and builds during a 4-week series. This is a targeted, intentional practice that will engage both your body and your mind. Join in for a class, or better yet, attend every series to experience your own progression!
