Christine

Owner & Founder

I worked in the corporate world for 20 years before going through a meaningful life change where yoga became my haven. As a mother of 3 children, I lead a very busy lifestyle and needed to slow down and just breathe. I believe yoga is a restorative and healing form of self-care for your body, mind, and spirit. There are endless positive benefits of breath and movement for your health that I am passionate about sharing with the community.

I've always had a passion for health and fitness and decided later in life to become a certified yoga instructor. Yoga has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy helping others to strengthen their mind and bodies. I have enjoyed every moment of it and I haven't looked back!

Heidi

Flow & Restorative Yoga Instructor

I am a social worker, a Koru mindfulness teacher, and a yoga educator. My journey with yoga first started in 2001 when I found peace, community, and connection. I received my 200-hour cross-disciplinary yoga teacher training in 2020 and I completed my 500-hour professional-level teacher training in 2021. I invite my students to connect to their breath, move with compassion and celebrate their unique bodies as they explore yoga and its many benefits.

Flow & Yin Yoga Instructor

Embracing the balance between mindfulness and body mechanics, I embrace the synchronicity of the mind-body relationship as a key to wellness. Respecting the yin/yang properties of yoga promoted through the Chinese Taoist philosophy, I offer yang (Hatha flow) and yin classes (applying gentle tension to joints promoting mobility) to foster balance. I look forward to sharing these tools with others.

Michelle

 Flow Yoga Instructor

My yoga teaching journey began after I retired from teaching elementary school. I love the feeling of peace and calm that yoga brings. My classes combine strength, balance, and flexibility in a Vinyasa flow style, with an emphasis on connecting movement with breath. Off my mat, I enjoy being outdoors in nature.

Flow & Yin Yoga Instructor

With my professional background in mental health, I know the tremendous value that yoga can bring to your physical and mental well-being. As a yoga instructor, I am especially passionate about coordinating movement with breath. I really enjoy creating classes that offer cues and poses for everyone. I'm committed to being on my mat daily. When I'm not on my mat, I enjoy writing, cooking and spin.

Dawn

Beginner's Yoga Instructor

I have been practicing Yoga for 20 years and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2021. I believe yoga is for everybody and everybody can benefit from yoga. I focus my practice on the fundamentals of yoga movement, creating stability, strength, and skillful movement. Teaching from the heart, my path has led me to work with clients who are new to yoga, some are aging and want to do so with health and vitality, some have physical challenges, and some just want to get started with yoga in a supportive environment.
